    SmartCRM - CRM solution

    SmartCRM is a web based CRM solution, a sales force automation application supporting the following functions:

    • contract management
    • activities management
    • sales persons activities supervision
    • support to create offers
    • commission management (for sales agents and business partners).
    The application contains also an e-procurement system that allows the company to integrate his procurement system with business partners.
    AMI - mailing solution
    It is an useful e-mail marketing option for free lancers and small companies.

    Technical view

    System Architecture:
    The application is build as a web service using the J2EE platform.
    It uses the Jboss application server and Microsoft SQL Server database.
    The XSLT + XML combination was used to display the data on the user interface.
